you are making a great point here, Annelie. Swimming has so many health benefits, but it is not that simple to establish a regular all-season swimming routine. I guess most people have in mind a swimming pool when they think of a regular swimming routine, but it is not so readily available to everyone. Public swimming pools are often too expensive, or too crowded, or have very restrictive schedule, or inconveniently located, or all of the above. This kind of logistics challenges keep me away from making swimming be a part of my all-season fitness routine... Otherwise, I would love to give it a try!
