I'm not sure about UK but in Canada/US this fall is a horrible time to sell real estate. Not only because of the low season, but also because mortgage interest rates are very high. They dropped a bit since 2023, but they are still scary high for most buyers. Hopefully they will drop more by Mar-Apr 2025, and then the real state market will probably be more alive.
