I would add to this "black list" propaganda as the most unfortunate misuse of the premise of free speech. Propaganda relies on manipulating information by intentional omissions of some facts and blowing out of proportion others so that the entire picture is completely skewed, often to the degree of turning truth into lies. Propaganda is a super-powerful tool aimed (similar to marketing) at shaping public opinions/beliefs and making people act in certain ways ib support of the propagandized ideas, often contrary to their own interests. For those behind this powerful machine, "free speech" = "free propaganda".
