I totally agree. Too bad the current HR practices are still based only on formal credentials and relevant experience. It makes a lot more difficult for talented people to switch jobs and even careers. And it also hurts the hiring companies as they often make wrong choices because of the hyper-focus on formalities instead of trying to see real personalities behind polished vs less-than-perfect resumes.
