I respectfully disagree, People become homeless when they run out of both, money and relationship. Losing either one of those two wouldn't do.

Regardless, I do agree with the point of the superior importance of positive relationships for everything good in life: health, wealth, longevity, happiness, etc.

And long-lasting positive relationships are always based on sincerity and honesty. So, here we go: honesty pays off :-)
