Based on certain experiences in my immediate family, it looks like you have either osteoporosis or osteopenia. The obvious symptoms are 1) the change in your spine shape; 2) losing height, which is connected to the symptom #1 but may have additional contributors. Because of these symptoms, it is critically important to check your vitamin D3 level, and calcium, of course, but calcium is almost always included into the standard blood test panel, so it is probably going to be checked as a part of your blood work. However, calcium is one of the "downstream" markers of osteoporosis. If you see low or deficient calcium in your blood test, it is almost always because of low, insufficient, or deficient D3. It is unclear if D3 was included into the blood work you requested. If it was, then please check if it is close to 60 ng/mL. If it is lower than that, you need to supplement to maintain your bone density, and get other health benefits of the optimal level of D3. Please check my short article for more info about D3: https://medium.com/wellspring-publications/one-simple-way-to-boost-your-immune-system-522e68d1129e

Stay strong and healthy!
